Needs some technical work

At the point where you're getting pinned down I noticed that there was some serious trouble in parsing what I was typing... what would happen was something like this:

1) I type a word to shoot at someone in the back
2) It takes so long for the arrow to get back there that I type four or five other words before it hits
3) The word I've already typed is displayed there, so I start typing it again
4) Something in the middle of the word overlaps with the beginning of a new word on the screen
5) I now am jammed, because I have part of some random word on screen and I can't tell what's going on.

You need to have the word boxes disappear the second that you can't type the word anymore, rather than waiting for the arrow to get to the monster, since the arrows fly so slowly.

tl;dr

Nobody wants to play a flash game that makes them sit through an hour of introductory material and tutorials. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, but after the long, unskippable introduction, I skipped the next part and hoped to be able to play; instead, I got an unskippable rehash of basic RTS controls. Finally, I just quit.

...

Honestly, clicking on things at random for no reason isn't really as fun as you seem to think it might be. The player has absolutely zero control over the game... you might as well just have the computer select the cards for him as well.

whiskey. tango. foxtrot.

Do you even understand what the stock market is?

Interesting concept, but bizarre bugs ruin it

On several different occasions I've had a sequence where a sequence of like-colored pearls, generally at the beginning or end of a strand, will not dissapear.

Could be better

Fun concept, but it would be vastly improved if there was an overlay map of the U.S. with one of those red lines that traces what part of the country you're over.

Not fun

I can appreciate the amount of effort it took to make this, but the fact is that the game simply isn't any fun -- it precisely emulates the experience of sweeping the floor with a broom. If that's what I wanted to do, I'd arrange things so that I got a clean house to boot.

I'm not close enough.

Most adventure games have the default action, when the player clicks on the ground, set to "walk here." Failing that you could at least allow the player to interact with objects that are obviously close enough that asking him to click another button to walk, walk, and then click back to the original button is silly.

When I was trying to reassemble the yellow pyramid, I picked up a piece, and then realized that I wanted to put it onto a peg that was off-screen, so I switched to walk mode, which just caused the piece to disappear permanently and render the game unwinnable. Didn't you even due rudimentary testing on this game before releasing it?

broken

(1) drove the helicopter through the ground without taking damage

(2) lost the helicopter in the upper stratosphere permanently

(3) No sound...

Doesn't seem to work completely...

I assume that the male plot is simply incomplete, although this didn't seem to be stated anywhere. Also, it's a bit difficult to figure out who the various characters are and how one is allowed to interact with them. Finally, I solved the riddle (if solving the anagram was all that I was supposed to do...) but my answer wasn't accepted.

Why rush to put out a half-working game? I think most people would more readily forgive the extra time you'd spend debugging than the proliferation of bugs here.

Bomee responds:

maybe u didn't solve the riddle correctly because if u solve all three riddles, u can interact with liam... *shrugs*

as for the garrick version, it does say it's coming in 2007, when in 2007 i didn't say, and u are correct, it is not done. as for proliferation of bugs, i don't agree with that
